In general, it’s safe to do mouth Stickers – but if you decide to do so, be sure to use your best judgment. Avoid applying tape to any facial hair, damaged or irritated skin, etc. Gently remove the oral tape to prevent additional irritation. If you become anxious or nervous when wearing oral tape, please remove it.

For best results, you should not place a strip of tape horizontally on your mouth. Instead, place a small strip vertically on your diaphragm. The nasal septum is the cartilage in the nose that separates the nostrils.
