Kinesiology Tape is tahan cai, so it can even withstand shower and other moisture contact. It is strong enough that you can use the same kaset for three to five days without irritating the skin or underlying structure. The motion function tape allows you to perform normal range of motion while providing support.

In contrast, sports tape can only be used for a short time before the activity and removed immediately after the activity to ensure that it will not cause further damage to the area. It is not waterproof. If it is placed for too long, the residual moisture it can capture will irritate the skin. Only the adhesive itself can cause irritation – therefore, it is generally recommended not to apply directly to the skin, but to use adhesive free pre packaging between the tape and the skin.
